We stand behind every print

If something's wrong with your order, we'll fix it. Here's exactly what's covered and how to reach us.

Our policy, plainly stated

Every Mappedwall print is made to order. Because each poster is custom-produced specifically for you, we don't accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. What we do guarantee is that if there's a defect, damage, or production error on our end, we'll reprint and reship at no cost to you — no arguments, no hoops.

  • Print arrived damaged in transit
  • Visible production defect (banding, color shift, misalignment)
  • Wrong item shipped
  • Significant color difference from preview
  • Order lost in transit

✕ Not covered

  • Change of mind after ordering
  • Incorrect details entered at checkout (typos in text, wrong location)
  • Minor color variation from screen to print
  • Framing damage after delivery
  • Requests made after 30 days of delivery

Before you order: Use the full-screen preview in the configurator to double-check your location, title, caption, and coordinates. Once production starts, changes aren't possible.

How to request a reprint

If your order qualifies, here's all you need to do:

Take a photo

Photograph the issue clearly — the damaged area, defect, or wrong item. Good lighting helps us process your request faster.

Contact us within 30 days

Send us a message via the contact page with your order number and the photo. Subject line: "Reprint Request – [Order #]"

We confirm and reprint

We'll review and respond within one business day. If your request is approved, a replacement goes into production immediately at no charge.

Keep or dispose of the original

You don't need to ship anything back. We'll never ask you to return a damaged print.


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, before production begins. After that, cancellations are not possible as your print will already be in the production queue. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately with your order number.
